POST /api/image-resize — "file" + "width" and/or "height". Returns WebP.
POST /api/image-convert — "file" + "format" (webp/jpeg/png) + optional "quality" (1-100).
POST /api/image-compress — "file". Returns compressed WebP.

Powered by @cf-wasm/photon (MIT). Max input ~10MB.
Extended Worker handles these (5-min CPU timeout).
