Refund and cancellation policy

Effective 2026-10-15. This policy covers the paid API plans and credit packs listed on API pricing. The browser tools are free, so there is nothing to pay or refund for them. 한국어: 환불·해지 정책

1. Who takes your payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record (an online reseller). Dodo Payments runs the checkout, issues your invoice and receipt, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and its name appears on your card statement. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card number.

2. What you buy

ItemPrice (USD, before tax)BillingWhat you get
Dev plan$9 per monthMonthly subscription, renews automatically until you cancel100,000 API credits per calendar month
Business plan$49 per monthMonthly subscription, renews automatically until you cancel500,000 API credits per calendar month
Credit pack: Starter / Standard / Pro Pack / Bulk$5 / $10 / $25 / $50One-time payment50,000 / 100,000 / 300,000 / 750,000 prepaid credits added to your API key

After payment the confirmation page shows a new API key once, or tells you that the existing key you entered was upgraded. Plan credits are counted per calendar month (UTC) and reset on the 1st; unused plan credits do not carry over. Pack credits do not expire while the service runs and are used after the month's plan credits.

3. Cancelling a subscription

4. When we refund

When a payment is refunded, what it gave is removed: a refunded plan payment returns the key to the free tier, and a refunded pack removes those credits from the key's balance (never below zero). The same happens while a card dispute (chargeback) on that payment is open.

5. How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@toolsthatdontupload.com or use the contact form. Include the email you paid with and the payment or order number from your Dodo Payments receipt. We usually reply within 2 business days (KST). Once a refund is approved, Dodo Payments sends it to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. For customers in Korea, the Korean version of this page explains the right of withdrawal under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If you disagree with how we handled a request, you can contact the Korea Consumer Agency (1372, www.kca.go.kr).
